What we do
Pre-Press
Our pre-press department will work with you prior to printing to ensure that the best possible result will be achieved from you files. Our aim is to get you producing press quality pdf files, but we can also deal with files in many other formats, if required. We use Violet laser, Computer to Plate technology and vision punch-bending of the printing plates, to ensure that the image quality is maintained right onto press.
Endorse Folding
Unlike many presses we can offer endorse (or mail) folding on-line. This can be very useful if the publication is to be delivered door-to-door or mailed.
Inserting
We can insert leaflets, flyers, CDs, thin brochures and many other items into your publication. These inserts can generate added revenue at a low additional cost.
Mailing
We can arrange for all or part of your print run to be individually addressed and mailed. A wide range of postage cost options are available depending on service required, and large discounts from standard postage rates can be achieved on high volume mailings.
Printing
As well as offering standard broadsheet and tabloid newspaper production at very competeitive prices, we can offer the sort of services that other newspaper printers won’t – short runs , sample copy production, non-standard sizes, single page ‘tear-outs’, endorse folds and quarterfolds all on a flexible production schedule that meets your requirements.
Polybagging
We offer polybagging of individual copies. This is useful for mailing or just to keep any inserts secure. Whether you want a few hundred or a few hundred thousand copies polybagged we can offer competitive prices.
Stitching & Trimming
We operate a Muller Martini stitch and trim finishing machine to enable us to offer magazine type products. These may be stand alone publications or supplements to a newspaper.
Delivery
We can arrange delivery to all parts of the country on a same day or next day service. Whether it be multiple pallets or a single bundle, it is all part of the complete service that we aim to offer
